Prioritize Team Composition
The makeup of your team plays a crucial role in New World gold how effective your strategy will be in Outpost Rush. A well-balanced team will provide the best chance of success.
Team Roles:
Tanks (Defenders): You’ll need a few strong, resilient players who can hold down captured outposts and defend against enemy attacks. Ideally, tanks should be in the frontline, controlling the entrances to outposts and using crowd control abilities to lock down enemies.
Tip: Players in heavy armor with high defense stats and crowd control abilities (like stuns and snares) are excellent for this role.
DPS (Damage Dealers): A mix of ranged and melee DPS is essential. Your damage dealers should focus on eliminating key threats, especially enemy healers or high-damage players.
Tip: Bow or musket users are great for ranged damage, while greatsword, axe, or hammer users are powerful for close combat.
Healers: Healers are essential to keeping the team alive during prolonged fights, especially when controlling outposts or during siege warfare. Players with strong healing output (like Life Staff or Void Gauntlet) should be prioritized for this role.
Tip: Make sure healers stay in safe positions behind the frontlines, but are ready to provide assistance quickly when needed.
Resource Gatherers/Strategists: Some players can focus on collecting resources to buy buffs and fortifications. This role is often overlooked, but it’s just as important in ensuring your team has the necessary siege weapons, healing items, and defensive buffs.
Tip: Assign a couple of players to buy New World coins gather resources early on, so your team can purchase game-changing items like catapults or ballistae to turn the tide of battle.
